Before joining I Care Hospice, simply fill out a contact form. It's an easy step to get started.

Once we receive your form, one of our caring healthcare representatives will give you a call. They will take the time to answer any questions you may have and provide you with essential information about eligibility for hospice care and other important details.

If you meet the criteria for hospice care, a registered nurse will arrange a personal visit. They will come to your location to complete the admission process and officially welcome you into our program.
